The collective prospecting mission organized in partnership with Business France and the French Institute in the Gulf Countries (Riyadh - Dubai - Abu Dhabi) was a great success. It opens up many perspectives for future cooperation. The AFEX Part of the World Working Group has a bright future!
For the first post-Covid collective prospecting mission, we have chosen, with our partner Business France, to explore the opportunities offered by the Gulf countries.
Saudi Arabia and the Emirates extended a very warm and promising welcome to the dozen agencies present. The strong mobilization of the Business France and Institut Français teams on site created the conditions for very fruitful dialogues. Many contacts have been made and contracts are already in sight.
The AFEX workshop centred on this part of the world will take advantage of this first approach to develop joint work with partners in the region. Meetings at MIPIM and a conference in 2022 are planned.
This collective mission also gave us the opportunity to discover the French Pavilion of the Dubai Universal Exhibition, in the company of Jacob Celnikier, one of one of its architects and Boa agency who signed its lighting.
